I am a huge Pink fan and the messages behind her lyrics often apply to my life and things I've been through. They don't see how much pain they inflict at that level, the empathy isn't there. And if one successfully leaves then your demise is the new focus no matter how long one suffered or how much love poured into them. It's tragic and cruel I hope they find a better way to help as the more severe the case the less drive they have to get the help despite promises, people they love hurt, children hurt. Now protecting my little girl is the focus until her father is stable enough to not be a danger to her and pray it happens, I've lost hope as even after everything falling to pieces a small anger management course was the proof of change offered. I've struggled till completely exhausted begging him to get the promised help but no. I'm going through the pain of trying to heal from a 5 year relationship with one, no not all are this severe it's a scale like all disorders and conditions. for those with bpd that might be hurt by these words it's not intended to hurt you, it doesn't apply to all bpd, but I can attest extreme untreated cases you're lucky to leave alive if you do. It's depicting a relationship with a severe case of bpd plus narcissist rage and sociopathic behaviors.
